About
Behind every method, an experience. Behind every tool, a conviction.

LinkedInWhy Collective Insight
Across the organisations I have supported, one observation kept surfacing: ambitious transformations are launched, tools are deployed, teams are mobilised — yet the people affected are rarely truly heard. Internal surveys produce scores no one knows how to interpret. Participatory workshops cannot scale beyond twenty people. Consulting firms deliver reports that end up in a drawer.
I wanted to offer something different: an approach that structures the understanding of collective dynamics by giving everyone a voice — with depth, confidentiality and rigour. Collective Insight was born from this desire to bridge the gap between quantitative tools that are too shallow and qualitative approaches that are too expensive.
Background
My career first led me to management consulting, where I discovered the reality of large organisations from the inside. I contributed to the Wavestone 2015 strategic plan, an experience that confronted me with the challenges of alignment at scale. I then managed transformation programmes, where the core question was never technical but always human: how do you bring teams on board? How do you identify resistance before it becomes a roadblock?
Performance management (EPM) and IT department leadership taught me the rigour of framing and the need to structure before acting. Every engagement confirmed the same insight: it's not information that's missing, it's shared understanding.
What this taught me
Organisations are complex systems where informal dynamics matter as much as org charts. Any transformation that ignores this reality is bound to fail or stall.
I drew three convictions from this experience. First, framing is essential: without a clear, shared objective, any consultation is an empty exercise. Second, structure trumps intuition: understanding a collective requires a method, not just goodwill. Third, confidentiality of expression is non-negotiable: without it, no one truly speaks their mind.
What Collective Insight is not
To be clear about what we offer, we first need to say what we are not.
Not an agency
We do not sell time-and-materials engagements or cosmetic deliverables. Every mission has a measurable objective and a defined framework.
Not an opportunistic startup
Collective Insight was not born from an AI hype cycle. The approach is grounded in 15 years of hands-on experience in transformation and collective intelligence.
Not a magic tool
AI is a structuring lever, not an answer in itself. Without rigorous framing and sponsor commitment, no tool produces actionable results.
